- Service Overview
Boe International Social Publishing is a web-based social media publishing workflow used by Boe International and authorized collaborators to prepare, manage, schedule, and publish original content to supported social platforms, including TikTok.

- Authorized Use
The service is available only to authorized users.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activity performed through their account.
Users may only connect social accounts that they own, manage, or are authorized to use.
- TikTok Integration
The service uses TikTok Login Kit to allow authorized users to connect their TikTok account through OAuth authorization.
The service uses TikTok’s Content Posting API to allow authorized users to submit original, user-approved video content to TikTok.
Users remain responsible for reviewing content, captions, publishing settings, and account selections before submitting content for publication.
- User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for all content they upload, schedule, submit, or publish through the service.
Users must have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and approvals for any media, captions, music, trademarks, names, images, or other materials they submit.
Users must comply with all applicable laws, these Terms, TikTok’s Terms of Service, TikTok’s Community Guidelines, and the policies of any connected platform.
- Prohibited Use
Users may not use the service to:
- Publish illegal, deceptive, misleading, harmful, abusive, hateful, or infringing content;
- Upload or publish content they do not have the right to use;
- Impersonate another person, brand, or organization without authorization;
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
- Send spam or engage in manipulative platform behavior;
- Circumvent platform rules, technical restrictions, review processes, or security controls;
- Interfere with the security, reliability, or operation of the service.
- Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of the content they submit.
By using the service, users authorize Boe International Social Publishing to process, store, preview, schedule, and submit their content only as needed to provide the publishing workflow and related technical support.
- Account Connections
Users may connect supported social accounts through the application.
Users may disconnect their TikTok account or other connected accounts at any time through the application or through the relevant platform’s account settings.
Disconnecting an account may prevent future publishing actions from being completed.
- Service Availability
We aim to operate the service in a reliable and secure manner, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The service may be updated, restricted, suspended, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, technical, or compliance reasons.
- Third-Party Platforms
The service integrates with third-party platforms, including TikTok.
We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, review decisions, API limitations, or enforcement actions by third-party platforms.
Users must comply with the terms and policies of each connected platform.
- Suspension or Termination
Access to the service may be suspended or removed if a user violates these Terms, violates platform policies, creates security risks, or uses the service in an unauthorized or harmful manner.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boe International Social Publishing is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service, publishing errors, platform restrictions, account actions, or third-party service issues.
